Monotheist

Q: Where is Monotheist from?
A: Orlando/Gainesville, Florida area

Q: How long has Monotheist been together?
A: Originally, Monotheist was just Mike composing the music by himself but he decided that he wanted to take the band a bit further, so he began recruiting people. Mike and I were introduced through a mutual friend and we immediately became good friends and band mates.

Q: How many members are in Monotheist? Names? Instruments?
A: As of now, we have Michael Moore on lead guitar, Elyssa Coultas on bass and singing clean vocals, Xander Rodriguez playing rhythm guitar, and Kirk Cowart.

Q: What is the age range of the band members?
A: 17-22

Q: Where is Insatanity from?
A: (Lytle) We are from Philadelphia, PA, USA

Q: How long has Insatanity been together?
A: (Lytle) We started in the summer of 1992 in the basement of our first drummer’s house in North East Philly

Q: How many members are in Insatanity? Names? Instruments?
A: (Chamberlin) There are four of us.

A: (Chamberlin) Early 20′s to early 30′s, some of us are old

A: (Lytle) Praise thy self, Respect the few, and bow to none!

Fuck The Facts

Q: Where is Fuck The Facts from?
A: We’re based in Ottawa, Canada, but most of us live on the Quebec side in Gatineau.

Q: How long has Fuck The Facts been together?
A: The bands started in 2001, before that it was a solo recording project of mine.

Q: How many members are in Fuck The Facts? Names? Instruments?
A: Currently we’re a 5-piece. Mel on vocals, Vil on drums, Steve on bass/backing vocals, Jean and myself on guitars.

Q: What is the age range of the band members?
A: 21-30.

Q: What (if any) is the message behind Fuck The Facts’s lyrics?
A: Mel is the main person behind the lyrics, but I give some input and suggestions. English isn’t her first language, so I try and make sure everything she writes gets across properly. We cover a lot of different topics, but it all revolves around stuff that affects us and we see in our every day lives. Lots of personal experiences go into the lyrics. Everything in this band is influenced by what we do on a daily basis; there’s no image we’re trying to get across and message that we’re trying send. But I still think many people can relate to what we write.

Aversion To Life

Q: Where is Aversion To Life from?
A: We Are based out of Dallas, Texas

Q: How long has Aversion To Life been together?
A: I think we started writing in June, 2005

Q: How did Aversion To Life get started?
A: Well, Emmitt Gillaspy (former Sintury) and Robert (former Devourment, Vitality) we’re putting some songs together when they had time.

Once they realized that the music was pretty bad ass, they started seeking a drummer.

That’s where I come in.

I had just quit my previous band (Withered Dreams) and had my drums set up at a U-Haul storage place. I found Emmitt online and got together with him and we started jammin. After I got situated with the band, it became serious and we started writing for an album and live shows.

A: Infernal hails… We are from the fuckin non metal city of Houston, Texas. We wish this town was metal, but right now its fucking weak.

A: We formed in 2004 anno satanas

Crumbsuckers

Q: Where are the Crumbsuckers from?
A: Chris Notaro Long Island , New York-specifically Baldwin, NY

Q: How did the Crumbsuckers get started?
A: Chris Notaro The Crumbsuckers started as a band of neighborhood friends as a way to pass time and have fun with the music they enjoyed

Q: How long we’re the Crumbsuckers together before you split up?
A: Chris Notaro I believe the Crumbsuckers were together for approximately 7 years.

Q: Are you officially reunited or will it be just the one show?
A: Chris Notaro At this time we are just concentrating on our 1 show at BB Kings on August 3rd, 2006.

Q: Will the Crumbsuckers be touring?
A: Chris Notaro There are no plans for a tour, however, the band wouldn’t rule out doing any shows which could fit into our schedules. If there’s a demand we’d like to fulfil it.

Ancient Rites

Q: Where is Ancient Rites from?
A: Ancient Rites is based in Flanders, the Dutch speaking part of Belgium. There is also a Dutch member in the band.

Q: How long has Ancient Rites been together?
A: Ancient Rites was formed at the end of 1988. I have been active in bands since 1979.

Q: How many members are in Ancient Rites? Names? Instruments?
A: Currently A.R. consists of seven musicians:

Q: Where is Cadaveria from?
A: North Italy, near Turin.

Q: If I remember correctly, the Olympics that just passed we’re held there. Did you attend or we’re you affected in anyway by the games?
A: Yes, I went and see a hockey on ice match and I lived the “movida” of some Turin olympic nights:)

A: Since 2001.

Jeff Hernandez - Vitality

Q: Where is Vitality from?
A: Arlington, Texas

Q: How long has Vitality been together?
A: Since Febuary of 2004

Q: How did Vitality get started?
A: We all basically know each other from other bands we had been in. We played shows together in those other bands and when those bands ended we came together to form Vitality.

Agent Steel

Juan Garcia

Q: Where is Agent Steel from?
A:(Juan Garcia) Agent Steel was formed in Los Angeles, California. The band is still active and the majority of the members still live in Los Angeles, with the exception of Bernie Versailles who know lives in Nevada.

Q: How long has Agent Steel been together?
A:(Juan Garcia) The band’s debut album “Skeptics Apocalypse” was released in 1985 in the U.S.A. on Combat Records, and in Europe on RoadRunner.

Q: How did Agent Steel get started?
A:(Juan Garcia) It got started by John Cyriis (vocals) and drummer Chuck Profus; then later I joined the band when I left Abattoir and with my connections with Combat Records our debut album was released.
